   Every project begins with a conversation about lifestyle, expectations and how the interior will be used. I learn about household needs, how the space is lived in and the atmosphere the interior should create.

   At this stage I also take measurements and analyse the spatial possibilities of the property.

2. 2

   Concept

   Style, colour, materials and mood. Optimal functional layout.

   I create a functional and visual concept tailored to the character of the interior and the client's lifestyle.

   Together we define:

3. 3

   Design & estimate

   Visuals, layout, finishes, furnishing and cost plan.

   At this stage a complete interior design is produced, including:

   The design is prepared so it can be executed independently or in collaboration with recommended contractors.

   Bespoke furniture

   Kitchens, joinery, wardrobes and custom pieces.

   I design fitted joinery and furniture tailored to the specific space and individual client needs.

   Site supervision

   Design or investment supervision — contractors, schedule and orders.

   I oversee compliance with the design and care for every detail during execution.

   Investment supervision

   I comprehensively coordinate the build — collaboration with contractors, work schedule and furnishing orders.

   This keeps the process smooth and secure even when the owner is away from Fuerteventura.

6. 6

   Turnkey delivery

   Full execution with an experienced local team. You receive a finished home.

   I offer comprehensive interior delivery — from design to final preparation of the space for living or rental. I coordinate the entire investment process, collaboration with contractors, material and furnishing orders and the progress of works at every stage.

   I work with my trusted renovation team, which has been delivering projects on the island for over 15 years. Thanks to experience, good organisation and knowledge of local standards and materials, the investment can be carried out efficiently, safely and to a high finish — also for clients who are away from the island.

   I act as a substitute investor so clients can carry out their project securely from a distance. I ensure design consistency, quality of execution and timely delivery, coordinating the whole process from start to finish.

   The result is a finished, fully completed interior — refined in every detail and ready for everyday life or welcoming guests, without the need to manage the organisation of the entire process.
